Blog Quest

Recently I have been on a blog quest. I am looking for creative blogs on subjects related to saving money, simplifying your life, helping the environment, crafting, reusing trash to make beautiful or helpful things, and living in the country. I have discovered that this is a much more difficult task than I originally thought. Many of the sites I found were just plain boring. Most lacked new posts within the last few months. Some had such obnoxious colors used for their background and text that I couldn't stay on the site to read the posts. Do you know a blog or website that you would recommend?
